And to handle the rapid growth, Lai & Turner quickly added additional Of Counsel attorneys to the team.

Legal Assistant
Jaxon Skaggs joined Lai and Turner as a legal assistant in 2024, bringing with him a strong academic background in political science, which he pursued at Oklahoma State University. During his time at University, Jaxon Distinguished himself by consistently making the President's Honor Roll as well as the Deans Honor Roll, a testament to his dedication and grit in his studies. Jaxon's passion for the legal field is matched by his commitment to excellence, which he applies diligently to support our team in various roles. With an open mind, Jaxon is eager to learn and contribute to the success of our clients while gaining invaluable hands-on experience in the legal environment.
Outside his university accolades Jaxon participates in amateur boxing and volunteer work. With over 1000 hours of community service during his university years Jaxon brings a well-rounded view and is all about helping others succeed. Jaxon's commitment to solving problems is as recognizable as they come, with years of experience in pursuing a political science degree.
